Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name Warkop4D, accessible at warkop4d.cam ("Platform", "Site", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the warkop4d platform, you ("Player", "User", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the warkop4d platform immediately and refrain from registering an account. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or amendments made from time to time.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the warkop4d website at warkop4d.cam, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Player Balance" or "Wallet" means the real-money balance held in a registered account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to an Account that is subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform prior to processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is met.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on warkop4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Warkop4d strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not eligible to register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by the Platform or any associated gambling control body.
• You must not have had a previous warkop4d account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily without coercion.

Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one account only on the warkop4d platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must keep this information up to date and promptly notify us of any changes by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you, and you assume full responsibility for any actions taken using your login credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify warkop4d immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Warkop4d reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation.
• Accounts created using false or misleading information will be permanently suspended without prior notice.

Deposits & Payments

Warkop4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also accepted. The full list of available payment methods is displayed on the Deposit page within your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Warkop4d does not accept deposits that are sourced from illegal or fraudulent activities. Any deposits identified as such will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
• Deposit processing times vary by method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically take 5-10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15-30 minutes.
• Warkop4d reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including for risk management or compliance reasons, without being required to provide a reason.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money balances to an approved payment method registered in their own name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This typically requires submission of a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15-30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.
• Any active bonus funds linked to a deposit may affect withdrawal eligibility. Please review applicable bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal.
• Warkop4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may result in additional verification requests and extended processing timelines.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your account.

Bonuses & Promotions

Warkop4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of claiming. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement applicable to welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different multipliers.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Warkop4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of arbitrage betting strategies to clear bonus requirements, or coordinated wagering — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

The warkop4d platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, live football markets, 4D lottery, and other gaming products. The following general rules govern all gameplay on the Platform:

• All games on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by the Platform or any third party.
• The results of completed rounds or bets are final and cannot be reversed, except in cases where a technical malfunction is identified and confirmed by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, warkop4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the settlement rules and result sources published for each event type. Suspended or abandoned events are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the betting interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game or market. These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they are placing bets of the intended amount before confirming. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to applicable legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or suspected exploits are subject to void and forfeiture.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or through coordinated wagering patterns.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward warkop4d staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the warkop4d platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of Warkop4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Warkop4D.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, warkop4d, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

• Warkop4d does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability.
• Warkop4d is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player decisions, including betting decisions, deposit or withdrawal timing, or reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.
• In any circumstances where warkop4d is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Warkop4d is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders that trigger after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Identification of the account as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Identification of activity that presents an unacceptable risk management concern.

Players may also close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method after satisfactory KYC verification.

Amendments to These Terms

Warkop4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the warkop4d platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which warkop4d is licensed and operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body.
